Delivery
We deliver in and around Bengaluru, Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh and Saharanpur.
- Sofas
- Delivered in 3 to 5 weeks.
- Recliners
- Delivered in 3 to 5 weeks.
- Armchairs
- Delivered in 2 to 4 weeks.
- Chaise loungers
- Delivered in 3 to 4 weeks.
- Ottomans
- Delivered in 2 to 3 weeks.
- In transit
- Once dispatched, a piece is with you in 2 to 7 days.
- Cost
- Every price includes GST. Delivery is added at checkout.
- On the day
- Where our own van delivers, we call the day before to agree a time, and two people carry your piece into the room and take the packaging away.
- Assembly
- Some assembly may be required. Instructions are in the box.
Measure before you order
- Which floor the piece goes to.
- The narrowest doorway on the way in, in centimetres, frame to frame.
- Whether there is a lift to that floor, and its smallest inside width in centimetres.
- Whether there are any stairs on the way in.
Returns
- Within 48 hours
- Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered: tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
- Refunds
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece being collected.
- Cancelling
- Cancel free of charge, with a full refund, within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the work order for your piece has started and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Warranty
5 years on the frame, 3 years on recline mechanisms, 1 year on motors and electrics, and 1 year on foam and stitching. It covers faults in materials and workmanship, not wear, fading, spills or misuse.
Payment
- Ways to pay
- Pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet. Cash on delivery is available at some pincodes, within limits, with the courier's charge added at checkout.
- EMI
- EMI is available on eligible credit cards at checkout.
- When you pay
- You pay in full when you order, or on delivery where cash on delivery is available.
- By phone or chat
- Prefer to order on WhatsApp or by phone? We send you a secure payment link.
