Complaints and grievances
Write to us at company@furblowcraft.com, with the word Grievance in the subject and your order number if you have one, or by post to our registered office above.
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and redress it within one month of receiving it. We send you a copy of your complaint as we have recorded it.
If you are a consumer and we have not resolved your complaint, you may also contact the National Consumer Helpline, or a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, as our terms explain.
