The workshop

We do both jobs.

We draw each piece and we build it ourselves, so whatever changes between the drawing and the making is ours to answer for.

A problem is fixed where it is found.
When a detail does not work on the floor, it is changed on the floor.
The range is bounded by the workshop.
Nothing is specified that cannot be built here. What the catalogue contains is what the floor can hold to, rather than what a brochure can promise.
Whoever answers for the standard can move it.
The person accountable for the quality is also the person able to change it.
