The workshop
One operation, not two.
Most furniture brands design in one place and buy in from another. The drawing goes out, something comes back, and whatever was lost in between is nobody's fault. We do both jobs in the same building, which is slower to set up and much harder to fake.

The drawing and the floor are the same conversation.
When a detail does not work, it gets changed by the people who found the problem, on the day they found it. There is no supplier to renegotiate with and no revision to lose.

Nothing is specified that we cannot build.
Owning the process means the catalogue is bounded by what the workshop can actually hold to, rather than by what a brochure can promise.

The standard is ours to keep.
In-house manufacturing is the only arrangement we have found where the person answering for the quality is also the person able to change it.

Everything is made at our own facility in Uttarakhand. Manufacturing in-house is slower to set up and much harder to fake — it is also the only way we have found to hold the standard.
